Study on the Mode of Rural Urbanization in Henan Province

工业化的快速发展是资源向城市集聚的主要动力,也是城镇化进程的重要拉力,单向自上而下的城镇模式已出现很多实际性障碍:城市资源紧张、生态环境受到破坏、城市二元结构突出,以及农村生产要素流失严重等问题。因此,河南省新型城镇化模式应打破常规,结合我省资源优势,总结成功案例,实施自下而上、以产业集群为基础的农村城镇化模式,建立城市与乡镇的枢纽型农村小城镇。

The rapid development of industrialization is the main driving force for the accumulation of resources to the city and the important pulling force of the urbanization process.There are many practical obstacles in the top-down urban mode,including urban resources shortage damaged ecological environment,acute urban dual structure,and serious loss of rural production factors and other issues.Therefore,the new mode of urbanization in Henan province should break the routine,combine with resources advantages of our province,sumup success stories,and implement bottom-up industrial clusters based rural urbanization mode,to establish thehub of rural small towns for city and rural towns.
