摘要
以类石墨碳膜为点火材料制作了碳膜电点火桥,研究了温度对碳膜电点火桥阻值和发火性能的影响,并比较了两种常用起爆药剂的碳膜电点火桥的发火性能,同时对碳膜电点火桥进行了脚-脚间抗静电测试。结果表明:碳膜电点火桥是一类具有负温度系数、发火区间小、散步精度高、安全性高且制作简便的点火件,具有极强的应用前景。
Carbon film ignition bridge(CFB)has been prepared by using carbon film as ignition materials,the impact of thetemperature on the CFB’s ignition performance and resistance was studied,and the ignition sensitivity of two kinds of explosivesfrequently used was compared,at the same time,the electrostatic discharge test was carried out.The results show that CFB is onekind of easy-making ignition component,which also has negative temperature coefficient,narrow ignition range and high security,and possesses expansive application prospect.
