中江兆民“心之自由”思想的形成

The Formation of Chomin Nakae's Thought of “the Freedom of Heart-mind”

中江兆民被称作"东洋卢梭",他曾将卢梭的《社会契约论》翻译成古汉语,在日本乃至中国的近代化过程中起到了重要的作用。在对卢梭的自由思想进行翻译的基础上,中江兆民更是对"心之自由"展开了自己独特的论述。"心之自由""心思之自由""リベルテーモラル"等都是中江对"道德的自由"(liberty moral)的译语。本文中,笔者分析了中江兆民"心之自由"的思想之所以得以展开的现实和理论的两方面原因,并且对中江兆民生平文献中的相关论述进行整理,梳理出其"心之自由"思想由伦理学层面逐渐深入到意志自由的哲学层面的思想发展的脉络,最后对其"心之自由"的思想进行评价。

Chomin Nakae was called Japanese Rousseau.He once translated Rousseau's The Social Contract into ancient Chinese,which played a significant role in the process of modernization of Japan,even in that of China.Based on the translation of Rousseau's idea of freedom,Chomin Nakae expanded his unique discussion on the freedom of heart-mind.Kokoronojiyuu(心之自由),sinnsinojiyuu(心思之自由)and riberutemoraru are all Chomin's translation of liberty moral.In this paper,the author has analyzed the realistic reason and the theoretical reason why Chomin expanded the thought of Kokoronojiyuu,and arranged the related dissertations throughout his lifetime.The author has also carded the logical connection of his thoughts developed in different periods,form ethical level to philosophical level of free will.Finally,his thought of the freedom of heart-mind is evaluated.
