桥梁压力监测无线传输系统研究

摘要 桥梁作为我国重要的大型民用基础设施之一,由于自然老化和损伤积累,其安全性和可靠性都存在着巨大隐患,因此桥梁压力监测在事故预警、桥梁建设、桥梁维修养护等领域发挥着重要作用.针对现场采集桥梁压力数据进行远距离无线传输的需求,研究并设计了基于GPRS通信技术的无线数据传输系统作为桥梁压力监测系统中的传输网络.基于GPRS技术的远程在线监测系统是一种基于通用无线分组业务的新型智能化、集成化的自动控制系统.该系统以ARM处理器为核心控制器,集成GPRS无线通信模块用于对实时采集的桥梁压力参数进行无线传输,突破了传统的有线传输模式,实时性强、可靠性高、成本更低、不受地域限制,提高了桥梁信息监测的时效性. Bridges are a major large-scale civilian infrastructure in China.With natural aging and damagedaccumulation,the bridges have very serious risks on safety and reliability.Monitoring pressure of bridges plays animportant role in accident warning,bridge construction,bridge maintenance and so on.To transmit information ofbridge pressure,this paper aims at researching and designing wireless transmission system on monitoring pressure ofbridges based on GPRS as transit network of the bridge pressure monitoring system.The remote online monitoringsystem is a kind of small-size intelligent automatic control system based on GPRS.This system uses ARM as the corecontroller,and also integrates GPRS wireless communication module using on real-time information collection.Itbreaks through the traditional wire transmission pattern,improving information efficiency.Moreover,it has manyadvantages,such as strong real-time capability,high reliability,lower cost and without any geographic restriction.
