摘要
针对目前图像处理器处理效率低的问题,提出了忆阻器图像处理器结构,并对其进行了详细的分析.首先,分析了目前的图像处理算法,在此基础之上总结出了适合于忆阻器的图像基本操作;其次介绍了忆阻器的模型,在此基础之上提出了忆阻器图像处理器的Bank结构,并对其进行了详细分析;最后分析了忆阻器图像处理器的读写操作.
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of memristor image processor,an image processor architecture of memristor is proposed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current image processing algorithms,and summarizes the basic operation of the image which is suitable for the memristor.Then it introduces a memristor model,andpresents the Bank structure of the memristor image processor.Finally,it analyzes the read-write operation of thememristor image processor.
