摘要
水泥立磨系统在机械结构强度、传动减速机、磨机振动、衬板磨损、可靠性和运转率,以及对水泥性能灵活方便的调控等诸多方面随着时间的推移均有不断的改进和逐渐完善。在欧美,到2000年,水泥立磨已克服了各种难题,表现出其高效、经济、节能、噪音小、占地少的优点,受到广大用户的欢迎。在我国进一步推广选用的主要障碍也在减弱。实践证明,水泥立磨的生产运行与维修费用、研磨介质的金属磨损、相对吨投资等,均较水泥圈流球磨和辊压机+球磨的半终粉磨系统低。目前,立磨智能化系统,包括其运行经济指标和产品性能质量监控与调节等功能,已进入工业规模的生产试验和研发调试改进阶段,不久或将投放市场。
Cement vertical mill is gradually improved in the aspects of mechanical structure strength, drive reducer, mill vibration, liner wear, reliability, running rate and flexible and convenient control of cement performance. In 2 000 of Europe, cement vertical mill has solved the main difficulties in its application, and it performs high efficiency, economical efficiency, energy conservation, low noise and small occupation of land,which become welcomed by the majority of users. In China, cement vertical mill present a trend of further spread. In the aspects of production and maintenance costs of cement vertical mill, metal wear of grinding media and investment of relative tons, cement vertical mill has better performances than cement circle-flow ball mill and semi-finishing grinding system with roller machine and ball mill. At present, the smart system of vertical mill, which has the functions of monitoring and adjusting economic indicators and product quality, has entered the period of production testing and debugging with industrial scale, and it may be launched on the market soon.
