论学术期刊出版伦理困境及其消解

The Ethical Dilemma and Its Solution to Academic Journal Publishing

当前学术期刊进入出版伦理缺位甚至缺失的尴尬境地,其原因既有社会转型引发的伦理资源空场和技术变革时代对出版伦理异化的客观环境因素,又有学术期刊核心价值导向和文化功能偏离以及行业转型所带来的冲击等主观因素。消解出版伦理困境,就要从主体、制度、技术和环境这几个层面构建"三位一体"的学术出版伦理教育模式、"自律他律"相结合的学术出版伦理规范体系、"宏观微观"相结合的学术出版伦理技术保障体系和"学术至上"的学术出版伦理"生态"系统。

Currently,the academic journals are confronted with the embarrassment of ethics inadequacyand even absence in publishing.The reason can be attributed not only to the objective environmentalfactors of ethical resource vacancy resulting from social transformation and ethical alienation caused bytechnological changes,but also to subjective factors of the deviation of core value orientation,culturalfunction and impacts by industry transformation.To eliminate the publishing ethics dilemma,approachessuch as“trinity”academic ethics education mode,“self-discipline and heteronomy”academic publishingethics system and the technology supportive system with the combination of“micro”and“macro”academicpublishing ethics,and“ecological”system of“academic”publishing ethics,should be taken through theaspects of the main body,the technology and the environment.
