论风景园林在城市转型发展中的积极作用-中央城市工作会议精神学习思考

Central Urban Work Conference:A Turning Point for Landscape Architecture in Promoting Transitional Urban Development

结合对中央城市工作会议精神的学习,提出2015年年底中央城市工作会议的召开对风景园林专业的发展提供了历史性的契机,风景园林专业需要积极拓展思维、加强多专业协作,在城市转型发展的过程中提升风景园林的社会价值和作用地位。回顾和反思风景园林工作的发展历程,讨论风景园林行业如何尊重城市发展规律、落实"五个统筹",并结合风景园林专业工作者在京津冀协同发展、玛纳斯国家湿地公园、三亚"生态修复城市修补"试点和北京石景山区宜居环境建设等宏、中、微观层次的规划设计实践,强调风景园林专业在贯彻落实中央城市工作会议精神、促进城市转型发展中的积极作用。

The Central Urban Work Conference is a significant opportunity to enhance the development of landscape architecture.Based on understanding the context and essences of the Conference,this paper researches upon the new horizons of landscape architecture with four case studies,including the planning for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development,Manas(Xinjiang)National Wetland Park,City Betterment and Ecological Restoration of Sanya City(Hainan),and Creating Livable City in Shijingshan District(Beijing).It is argued that landscape architecture will play more active roles in promoting the urban and regional transitional development of China.
