摘要
近年来,突降性暴雨使得中国城市地表径流和雨水循环出现问题,城市内涝灾害频发,引发了水资源浪费与城市生态环境恶化等问题。海绵城市建设技术的推广是解决这些问题的有效途径之一。以日本城市"雨庭"为例,在运作机理、特征等的基础上详细解读与剖析城市"细部"的雨水浸透绿化措施,突显海绵城市的显微力量,在此基础上为我国海绵城市建设提供借鉴和启示,提出"建设体系、调整思路、高效利用、细化设计、多方参与"5项海绵城市建设建议,期望能够对我国海绵城市建设理论与实践起到促进作用。
In recent years,sudden heavy rain makes urban surface runoff and rainwater recycling problems,urban waterlogging disasters,causing the waste of water resources and urban ecological deterioration of the environment and other issues in China.The promotion of the construction technology of sponge city is one of the effective ways to solve these problems.This paper takes the Japanese city"rain court"as an example,makes the detailed interpretation and analysis of urban"details"the rain soaked greening measures based on the operation mechanism and characteristics,highlights sponge city micro power,provides reference and inspiration for the sponge city construction in China.The suggestions are put forward from the five aspects of"system construction,concept adjustment,efficient utilization,design refinement,and multi-party participation",and it is expected to promote the sponge city construction theory and practice.
