血清髓鞘碱性蛋白在肺癌脑转移患者中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清MBP蛋白在肺癌脑转移早期诊断的辅助作用和对生存预后的影响。方法采用ELISA法检测肺癌脑转移组76(例)、肺癌未脑转移组(100例)、肺部良性疾病组(100例)、健康对照组(100例)的血清MBP蛋白表达水平,比较上述各组、肺癌脑转移前后、不同大小的脑转移灶亚组的血清MBP表达差异,分析血清MBP表达与肺癌脑转移生存预后的关系。结果肺癌脑转移组血清MBP水平为(4.389±0.516)g/L,显著高于肺癌未脑转移组的(1.738±0.218)g/L、良性肺疾病组的(1.659±0.359)g/L和健康对照组的(1.629±0.591)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.00O1);脑转移前后血清MBP水平分别为(4.863±0.475)g/L和(2.076±0.248)g/L,两组血清MBP比较具有统计学差异(t=21.129,P=0.0001);脑转移灶≤1 cm、1~3 cm、>3 cm血清MBP表达水平无统计学差异(P=0.335);肺癌脑转移组在血清MBP>4.5 g/L和≤4.5 g/L亚组的总生存时间无统计学差异(P=0.945)。肺癌脑转移组的血清MBP在性别、年龄、病理类型和转移部位表达无统计学差异(P=0.154,P=0.586,P=0.501,P=0.239)。结论血清MBP表达水平在肺癌脑转移显著升高,可能作为肺癌脑转移早期诊断的辅助指标之一,但需要更大样本多中心研究进一步验证。 Objective To investigate the role of serum MBP protein in early diagnosis of lung cancer with brain metastasis and its effect on prognosis.Methods ELISA method was used to detect the expression level of serum MBP protein in76cases of lung cancer with brain metastasis group(Lung Cancer Group)(n=100),lung benign disease group(n=100)and healthy control group(n=100),The expression of MBP in the brain metastases of different groups before and after metastasis was compared,The relationship between the expression of serum MBP and the prognosis of lung cancer with brain metastasis was analyzed.Results The level of serum MBP in lung cancer brain metastasis group was(4.389±0.516)g/L,was significantly higher than that of the lung cancer without brain metastasis group(1.738±0.218)g/L,Benign lung disease group(1.659±0.359)g/L and healthy control group of(1.629±0.591)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0001),The serum MBP levels before and after brain metastases were(4.863±0.475)g/L and(2.076±0.248)g/L,respectively.The serum MBP levels of the two groups were statistically different(t=21.129,P=0.0001),Brain metastases less than1cm,1~3cm,3cm,three groups of serum MBP expression level was not statistically significant(P=0.335),Survival time was no significant difference(P=0.945)in serum MBP in Lung cancer with brain metastasis group the total between4.5g/L and less than4.5g/L subgroup.There was no significant difference in the expression of serum MBP in patients with lung cancer brain metastasis in sex,age,pathological type and metastasis site(P=0.154,P=0.586,P=0.501,P=0.239).Conclusion The expression level of MBP in lung cancer was significantly increased,which may be used as an auxiliary index for early diagnosis of lung cancer with brain metastasis.But it need a larger sample of multicenter studies to further validation.
