某大型医院急诊检验人员心理卫生状况与工作满意度调查 被引量:1

Investigation of mental health status and job satisfaction in emergency laboratory staff in a grade-A class-three comprehensive hospital

摘要 目的了解某基层综合三甲医院急诊检验人员的心理卫生状况以及工作满意度情况,探讨可行和有效的管理对策。方法对50名参与急诊轮班的一线检验人员进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、马氏(Maslach)职业倦怠问卷(MBI)、以及工作满意度(JSS)问卷调查。结果62%的急诊检验人员存在不同程度的心理健康问题,其中强迫症状发生率高达68%,焦虑倾向发生率为20%,以及偏执、躯体化、人际关系、职业倦怠的得分等与国内常模比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且工作满意度不高。结论急诊检验人员的心理健康状况在一定程度上低于一般人群,工作满意度相对不高,应引起重视。可以采取人性化管理措施及激励手段,以改善心理健康和提高工作满意度。 Objective To evaluate the mental health status and job satisfaction survey in emergency laboratory staff of the third class A hospital,and explore feasible and effective management countermeasures.Methods Questionnaire survey of50emergency laboratory employee using Symptom Check List90(SCL-90),Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)and Job satisfaction(JSS).Results62%personnel have different degrees of mental health problems,among them the occurring rate of obsessive-compulsive symptoms was as high as68%,the incidence of anxiety tendency was20%.Along with the score of paranoia,somatization,interpersonal relationship,job burnout,compared with domestic norm,differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).And their job satisfaction is not high.Conclusion The mental health status in emergency laboratory staff was worse than the general population partly,job satisfaction is relatively poor.Humanized management measures and incentives must be adopt to improve mental health and job satisfaction.
