50例胃肠肿瘤患者外科手术治疗疗效评价

Evaluation of curative effectson 50 patients with gastric cancer after treatment

目的研究胃肠肿瘤患者的临床症状,收集采用外科手术治疗的临床疗效,为进一步根治胃肠肿瘤提供理论以及实践依据。方法选取2015年12月~2016年10月本院收治且采用外科手术治疗的胃肠肿瘤患者50例。根据患者年龄、身体状况等信息,结合对肿瘤的大小、形态、产生部位以及良性或恶性程度等情况的分析,采取对肿瘤的针对性切除。结果 50例胃肠肿瘤患者其中34例患者进行治疗后痊愈,10例患者复发经过二次治疗后根治,6例患者经治疗无效后死亡。结论胃肠肿瘤患者临床表现无特征性,确诊难度大,易出现误诊或漏诊情况。外科手术治疗有助于改善治疗效果,提高治愈率。

Objective To study the clinical symptoms ofgastrointestinal tumor and analyze clinical efficacy of surgical treatments of patients with gastrointestinal tumors,whichcould provide theoretical and practical basis for further treatments.Methods50patients with gastrointestinal tumor were includedthat underwent surgeryoperations from December2015to October2016.Considering the patient's ages,health conditions,plus theevalution of the size,shape,location of the tumorand the degrees of benign or malignant,the tumor was removedaccordingly.Results Thirty-four out of fifity patients got recovery after treatment,10patients had a relapse and were cured after a second treatment,6patients died due to ineffective treatments.Conclusion Gastrointestinal cancer patients have no characteristic clinical manifestations,resulting in difficulties in diagnosis and are prone tomisdiagnosis or omission.Surgical treatment is helpful to improve the treatment effects and cure rate.
