观察保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的临床疗效

Observation the clinical effect of Baobuxiang combined with microwave on chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection

目的对保妇康栓联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的临床疗效进行观察。方法选择108例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者,随机将其分为两组,即对照组(54例)和观察组(54例),对照组患者给予保妇康栓治疗,观察组患者给予保妇康栓联合微波治疗,对两组患者治疗效果和不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果相较于对照组,观察组治疗有效率和转阴率均明显升高,组间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(1.9%<11.1%),组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合微波应用于慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的治疗中疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,并且不良反应发生率低,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,可在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Baofukang suppository combined with microwave treatment of chronic cervicitis clinical curative effect with HPV infection.Methods108cases of patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection were selected,randomly divided into two groups,the control group(36cases)and the observation group(36cases),the patients in the control group were treated with Baobuxiang suppository,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Baobuxiang combined with microwave treatment.The treatment effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group and the negative rate of treatment were significantly higher,the difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.9%<11.1%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baowulang Suppository combined with microwave in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection is effective,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,is a safe and effective treatment,it can be used in clinical.
