VSD负压引流术治疗四肢创伤的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect of VSD vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of limb trauma

目的观察分析负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗四肢创伤的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年1月~2016年1月收治的30例四肢创伤患者,运用双色球随机分组法分为观察组(n=15)和对照组(n=15),对照组患者接受常规清创引流,观察组患者采用VSD负压引流术,观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者VAS评分、治疗费用低于对照组,且植皮所需时间、住院时间较对照组更短;观察组患者感染率显著低于对照组,创面愈合率、植皮成活率明显高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在四肢创伤患者治疗过程中,VSD负压引流术可减轻患者疼痛,改善创面微循环,促进创面愈合,减少并发症,利于患者康复,值得临床积极推广应用。

Objective To probe into the clinical effects of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of extremity trauma.Methods30patients with limb trauma and who accepted treatments in our hospital from January,2011to January,2016were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group(n=15)and control group(n=15)by two color random grouping method.In the control group of patients were received routine debridement and drainage while in the observation group of patients were given the VSD vacuum sealing drainage treatment.Then,the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients were observed.Results The VAS score and treatment cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the grafting time,hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group;And the infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the wound healing rate and the skin graft survival rate were significantly higher than those in the control group,there was statistically significant differences(P<0.05).ConclusioIn the treatment of patients with limb trauma,the VSD vacuum sealing drainage can reduce the pain of patients,improve the microcirculation,promote wound healing,reduce complications,and it is conducive to rehabilitation of patients,thus it is worthy to be applied in the clinical.
