宫内节育器异位18例临床分析及预防措施

Clinical analysis and preventive measures on 18 cases of ectopic intrauterine device

目的:探讨发生宫内节育异位的原因。方法:收治宫内节育器异位患者18例。结果:宫内节育器异位到宫颈肌层7例,异位到腹腔6例,异位到子宫肌层5例。结论:宫内节育器是避孕的一种有效手段,但是也存在一些并发症,技术人员对于宫内节育器异位患者要及时处理,手术过程要精细,做好随访工作,避免并发症的出现。

Objective:To investigate the causes of ectopic IUD in patients with intrauterine birth control.Methods:18cases of ectopic IUD were selected.Results:7cases of ectopic pregnancy were observed in myometrium,6cases ectopic to abdominal cavity and5cases ectopic to myometrium of cervical.Conclusion:IUD is an effective means of contraception,but there are also some complications.Patients with ectopic IUD should be treated timely.Surgical procedures should be fine,and do follow-up work,in order to avoid complications.
