胆肠吻合术治疗肝胆管结石的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of bilioenterostomy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis

目的:探讨胆肠吻合术治疗肝胆结石的作用。方法:收治肝胆结石患者41例,随机分为对照组和研究组,研究组采用胆肠吻合术治疗,对照组采用T管引流术治疗。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、并发症发生率和患者满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论:胆肠吻合术治疗肝胆结石的作用显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bilioenterostomy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods:41patients with hepatolithiasis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The study group was treated with bilioenterostomy.The control group was treated with T tube drainage.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate,complication rate and patient satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of bilioenterostomy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis was significant.
