头位难产发生的原因和特点分析

Analysis on the causes and characteristics of cephalic dystocia

目的:探讨头位难产发生的原因和特点。方法:收治头位难产产妇101例作为研究组;选取同期正常分娩产妇101例作为参照组。结果:101例头位难产产妇中,阴道分娩34例,剖宫产67例,剖宫产产妇数量相对较多(P<0.05)。研究组产妇中不良妊娠结局发生率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:诱发头位难产的常见原因主要包含胎头位置异常、继发性宫缩乏力、产道异常以及原发性宫缩乏力等,全面的产前检查、产程观察是尽早发现头位难产的重要环节。

Objective:To investigate the causes and characteristics of cephalic dystocia.Methods:101cases of head dystocia were selected as the study group.101maternal with normal delivery were selected as the reference group at the same period.Results:Among those101cases of head dystocia,there34cases with vaginal delivery,67cases with cesarean section,and the number of cesarean section was large relatively(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mainly causes that induced head dystocia including abnormal fetal head position,secondary uterine inertia,abnormal birth canal and primary uterine atony.Prenatal examination and comprehensive observation of birth process are the important links to discovery head dystocia as soon as possible.
