丙戊酸钠搭配托吡酯治疗小儿癫痫的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of sodium valproate and topiramate in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy

目的:分析丙戊酸钠搭配托吡酯治疗小儿癫痫的疗效。方法:收治小儿癫痫122例,随机分为对照组和研究组各61例。对照组给予托吡酯治疗,研究组给予丙戊酸钠搭配托吡酯治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组临床有效率96.72%,明显高于对照组的77.05%(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应率4.91%,稍高于对照组的3.28%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丙戊酸钠搭配托吡酯治疗小儿癫痫可显著提高临床有效率,且不良反应并未明显增加。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of sodium valproate and topiramate in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy.Methods:122cases of pediatric epilepsy were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with61cases in each.The control group was treated with topiramate.The study group was treated with sodium valproate and topiramate.The clinical curative effects and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of the study group was96.72%,which was significantly higher than77.05%of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the study group was4.91%,which was slightly higher than3.28%of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium valproate and topiramate in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,and the adverse reactions do not increase significantly.
