黄体酮胶囊治疗复发性自然流产疗效分析

Progesterone capsule on the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion

目的:探讨黄体酮胶囊治疗复发性自然流产的疗效。方法:收治复发性自然流产患者40例,分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组患者给予HCG针剂治疗,观察组给予黄体酮治疗。结果:观察组患者1周后血清孕酮值的改善情况明显优于对照组,且患者保胎率高于对照组。结论:黄体酮胶囊治疗复发性自然流产有利于改善患者血清孕酮水平,提高保胎成功率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of progesterone capsule in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:40cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion were divided into the control group and the observation group,with20cases in each group.The control group were given HCG injection,and the observation group were treated with progesterone.Results:Serum progesterone after1weeks in the observation group improved significantly better than in the control group,and patients with miscarriage rate was higher than the control group.Conclusion:Progesterone capsules in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion can improve the serum progesterone level in patients,and also improve the success rate of miscarriage.
