无痛人流术前应用米索前列醇的研究与实践

Study and practice of misoprostol before painless artificial abortion

目的:研究无痛人流手术之前用米索前列醇的临床效果。方法:收治行无痛人流术患者320例,分两组:A组和B组,分别以大剂量米索前列醇和小剂量米索前列醇进行治疗干预,对照分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:A组发生人流综合征的概率远低于B组;另外,在两组患者无阻力通过宫颈扩张器的概率上,A组高于B组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在接受无痛人流术之前,对患者以大剂量米索前列醇来进行治疗,效果比较理想,能够令患者的宫颈处于松弛状态,且有效降低人流综合征的概率。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of misoprostol before painless artificial abortion.Methods:320patients with painless artificial abortion were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The group A and the group B was treated with large dose of misoprostol and small dose of misoprostol respectively.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The probability of occurrence of abortion syndrome in the group A was much lower than that in the group B.In addition,the probability of patients without resistance through the cervical dilator,the group A was higher than the of the group B,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Before receiving painless abortion,patients with large doses of misoprostol for treatment intervention,the effect is ideal,and it can make the cervix of the patient in a relaxed state,and effectively reduce the probability of abortion syndrome.
