全自动乳腺容积成像系统诊断乳腺原位癌39例分析

Analysis of automated breast volume imaging system in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma in situ of 39 cases

目的:探讨全自动乳腺容积成像系统(ABVS)在乳腺原位癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治乳腺原位癌患者39例,采用全自动乳腺容积成像系统和彩色多普勒超声诊断。结果:全自动乳腺容积成像系统的诊断符合率高于彩色多普勒超声(P<0.05)。结论:全自动乳腺容积成像系统在乳腺原位癌诊断中的应用价值显著。

Objective:To explore the application value of automated breast volume imaging system(ABVS)in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma in situ.Methods:39patients with breast carcinoma in situ were selected.They were diagnosed with automated breast volume imaging system and color doppler ultrasound.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of automated breast volume imaging system was higher than color doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of automated breast volume imaging system in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma in situ was significant.
