高频B超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的临床应用

Clinical application of high frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions

目的:探究高频B超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的临床应用效果。方法:收治乳腺良恶性病变患者46例,采用高频B超对其进行扫描,观察和记录相关数据,将其与病理检查结果相对照,分析结果。结果:经过病理检查后,发现高频B超的敏感性、特异性和准确度分别为80.00%、82.61%和86.96%,漏诊率和误诊率分别为16.00%和9.52%。良性病变及恶性病变分别有各自的图像特点。结论:乳腺良恶性病变患者应用高频B超进行诊断,具有相当显著的应用价值,能够有效地区分乳腺良恶性病变的图像特点。

Objective:To explore the clinical application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods:46patients with benign and malignant breast lesions were selected.We used high frequency B ultrasound to scan and then recorded the data.The results were compared with the pathological examination results.Results:After pathological examination,the results showed that the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were80%,82.61%and86.96%,respectively.The rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were16%and9.52%,respectively.Benign lesions and malignant lesions had their own image features.Conclusion:The diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions by high frequency ultrasound has a significant application value,and it can effectively distinguish the benign and malignant breast lesions.
