剖宫产术后出血患者护理及剖宫产术后出血预防效果观察

Nursing care of patients with hemorrhage after cesarean section and observation on prevention of hemorrhage after cesarean section

目的:探讨对剖宫产后出血产妇的护理及有效的预防出血的护理措施和临床效果。方法:收治剖宫产产妇60例,随机平分成两组。对照组产妇实施常规护理,观察组产妇实施综合护理,观察两组产妇的治疗护理情况。结果:观察组患者在产后出血量、出血时间及护理满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对剖宫产产妇实施综合护理的疗效显著,可迅速控制出血,降低产后出血量。

Objective:To explore the nursing care and effective prevention of patients with hemorrhage after cesarean section and its clinical effect.Methods:60patients with cesarean section were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group with comprehensive nursing care.We observed the treatment and nursing situation of the two groups.Results:Patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,bleeding time and nursing satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing for cesarean section parturients is significant,which can control the bleeding quickly and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.
