临床护理路径对首次乳腺癌手术患者康复效果的影响

Influence of clinical nursing pathway on rehabilitation effect of patients with first breast cancer operation

目的:探讨临床护理路径对首次乳腺癌手术患者的康复效果。方法:收治乳腺癌手术患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规围手术期护理,试验组给予临床护理路径,比较两组健康知识、康复行为、功能锻炼、满意度、并发症、住院时间、住院费用。结果:试验组的健康知识得分高于对照组,康复行为好于对照组,功能锻炼达标率高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能够提高首次乳腺癌患者健康知识掌握率,改善术后的康复行为,减少并发症,促进术后康复。

Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients with first breast cancer operation.Methods:80patients with breast cancer operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with40cases in each.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing.The experimental group was given clinical nursing pathway.The health knowledge,rehabilitation behavior,function exercise,satisfaction,complications,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were compared between groups.Results:The health knowledge score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group;the rehabilitation behavior was better than that of the control group;the compliance rate of function exercise was higher than that of the control group;the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway can improve the mastery rate of health knowledge of the first breast cancer patients,improve the recovery rehabilitation behavior,reduce complications and promote postoperative recovery.
