摘要
目的:对老年脑梗死患者进行早期中医护理和现代康复护理的效果进行分析。方法:对100例患者进行早期中医护理和现代康复护理,并比较其效果。结果:联合组患者的日常生活活动情况与上下肢运动功能评分、治疗总有效率及护理满意率明显好于单一组患者(P<0.05)。结论:早期中医护理和现代康复训练不仅提高了老年脑梗死患者的生活质量,也加快了老年脑梗死患者的康复。
Objective:To analyze the effect of early Chinese medicine nursing and modern rehabilitation nursing for senile cerebral infarction patients.Methods:100patients were treated with early Chinese medicine nursing and modern rehabilitation nursing,and the effect was compared.Results:The activities of daily living and the upper and lower limb motor function score,the total effective rate and the nursing satisfaction rate of the combined group were significantly better than those of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early Chinese medicine nursing and modern rehabilitation training can not only improve the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral infarction,but also accelerate the recovery time of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
