手术室护理管理中的危险因素与对策研究

Study on the risk factors and countermeasures of nursing management in operation room

目的:分析手术室护理管理中的危险因素和对策。方法:回顾分析手术室护理管理工作,分析危险因素,并制定有效措施预防,统计措施实施前、后的护理结果。结果:手术室护理管理中的危险因素以人员因素、药物因素、环境因素、术中操作因素和其他因素为主;有效的防范对策实施后,不良事件发生率、护理满意率分别为1.5%、96.2%,明显优于实施前的10.0%、84.6%(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理管理中,环境、人员、设备是主要因素,故制定有效措施是非常重要的,以降低投诉率,增强护理质量。

Objective:To analyze the risk factors and countermeasures of nursing management in operation room.Methods:The operation room nursing management works were given retrospective analysis.The risk factors were analyzed.The effective measures were formulated for preventment.The nursing results before and after the implementation were statistics.Results:Therisk factors of nursing management in operation room were personnel factors,drug actors,environmental factors,intraoperative factors and other factors.After the implementation of effective preventive measures,the incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction rate were1.5%and96.2%,which were significantly better than10%and84.6%before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the operation room nursing management,the environment,personnel,equipment are the main factors.It is very important to develop effective measures to reduce the complaints rate,enhance the nursing quality.
