乡镇卫生院药房抗生素的安全合理用药管理

Administration of safe and rational use of drugs of antibiotics in pharmacy of township hospitals

目的:探讨药房抗生素的合理用药情况。方法:回顾性分析药房抗生素不合理用药情况,并采取干预措施,探讨干预效果。结果:1 997份处方,不合理用药占6.2%,干预后为2.5%,低于干预前的3.7%(P<0.05)。结论:安全合理用药管理可减少药房抗生素不合理用药现象。

Objective:To explore the safe and rational use of drugs of antibiotics in pharmacy.Methods:Irrational drug use of pharmacy antibiotics was retrospectively analyzed,we took intervention measures,and explored the intervention effect.Results:In1997prescriptions,the proportion of irrational drug use was6.2%,and the result after the intervention was2.5%,which was lower than3.7%before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Safe and rational medication management can reduce irrational drug use phenomenon of pharmacy antibiotics.
