摘要
土地整治是提高土地质量、改善生产条件、保护生态环境和粮食安全的一项重要基础性工作,也是落实保障发展、保护耕地、统筹城乡土地资源配置的重要措施。简述了武汉市土地整治管理信息平台建设的目标与任务;以"互联网+土地整治"为思路、以武汉市国土规划云平台为依托设计了总体架构和功能;并阐述了平台建设技术特色和应用创新路径,可为相关地市土地整治管理工作和"智慧国土"应用提供借鉴和实施模式。
Land consolidation serves as a significant fundamental work for improving land quality and production conditions, as well as protecting ecological environment and food security. Meanwhile, it functions as an important method to implement the strategic plan of ensuring development, protecting cultivated land and balancing urban and rural land allocation. In this paper, we introduced the target and task of the land consolidation and management platform in Wuhan City briefly. Taking the 'Internet + land consolidation' as the design idea, the land and resources cloud as the basis, we designed the overall architecture and function of this platform. Furthermore, we stated the technical features of the platform and the innovation practice. Corresponding study results can provide some reference experiences in land consolidation and management work and Smart Land application for similar cities.
