Construction and Application of "Internet+ Housing Security" Information System in Wuhan City

武汉市住房保障和房屋管理局运用"互联网+"信息链、时空管理等技术,构建了住房保障全业务信息链管理体系,确立了"一次定位,增量更新"的业务指标方法 ;并依据基于GIS的时空协同数据组织模式,构建了基于信息链多方联动的住房保障管理系统,实现了住房保障管理工作科学化、标准化、规范化、高效率和高透明化的目标。

Using 'Internet+' information chain and spatio-temporal management technology, Wuhan Housing Security and Management Bureau built a management system of full-service information chain about housing security, and established a updating method of operational indicator, which named 'one localization, incremental update'. Specifically, on the strength of spatio-temporal collaborative data processing mode of GIS, a housing security management system based on multi-linkage of information chain was put forward, which realized the goal of housing security management scientization, standardized, high efficiency and high transparency.
