摘要
当前越来越多的企业将校园招聘作为获取高素质员工的重要途径,但企业往往发现很难找到符合要求的人才,毕业生也苦于找不到适合的工作。本文通过对大连地区大学校园招聘以及校园招聘服务外包现状的综合分析,探寻当前校园招聘服务外包存在的问题,并结合校园招聘服务外包中各方的问题与需求,提出针对性的对策建议,从而为企业有效开展校园招聘服务外包业务提供参考借鉴。
Nowadays,more and more enterprises regard campus recruitment as an important way to obtain high quality staff but they find that it difficult to get qualified talent graduates also suffer from cannot find a suitable job.This article comprehensive analyse the situation of dalian university campus recruitment and the campus recruitment service outsourcing,explore the problems of campus recruitment service outsourcing and connecting with the problems in campus recruitment service outsourcing and demand put forward corresponding suggestions,which provide a reference in order to carry out the campus recruitment service outsourcing business effectively.
