社会转型期我国自发性群众体育组织的发展困境和培育路径

The Development Dilemma and Cultivation Path of Spontaneous Mass Sports Organizations in China During the Period of Social Transformation

在我国社会转型时期的背景下,产生了各种形式自发性群众体育组织并有发展迅猛之势。但自发性群众体育组织在发展的过程中面临着可利用的社会资源匮乏;双重管理体制限制,难以获得合法身份;自发性群众体育组织自身生存能力较弱,难以形成可持续性发展等困境。该文运用文献资料等方法,提出了政府对我国自发性群众组织的组织能力、合法权益等方面进行培育和扶持,旨在为促进我国自发性群众体育组织健康、可持续性发展服务。

Under the background of the social transition period,China has developed the rapid development of various formsof spontaneous mass sports organizations.However,the spontaneous mass sports organizations are faced with the lack of socialresources in the process of development.The double management is difficult to obtain legal status;Spontaneous mass sportsorganizations living capacity is weak,difficult to sustainable development and other difficulties.In this paper,the paper putsforward the government's cultivation and support to the organization and legal rights and interests of the spontaneous massorganizations in our country,aiming at promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the spontaneous mass sportsorganizations in our country.
