摘要
以廉价的硝酸铝和氨水为原料,采用溶胶喷雾法制备了超细球形氧化铝粉体。采用SEM观察前驱体及最终产物的微观形貌,TG/DTA分析了前驱体的受热行为,XRD分析了前驱体及最终产物的晶型转变顺序。结果表明:陈化时间影响前驱体的晶型结构,从而影响其成为α-Al_2O_3的晶型转变路线;前驱体的平均粒径可通过喷嘴的孔径进行调节,其形貌和粒度特征在不同温度煅烧后可以保持不变。
Ultrafine spherical alumina powders were prepared via sol-gel method with cheap aluminum nitrate and ammonia as raw materials.scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to observe the microstructure of precursor and the final product.Thermogravimetry/differential thermal analysis(TG/DTA)was used to analyze the thermal behavior of the precursor.The crystal transition sequence of precursor and the final product were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the aging time affects the crystal structure of the precursor,thus contributes to its crystalline transformation route toα-Al2O3;the average particle size of the precursor can be adjusted through the nozzle aperture,whose morphology and grain size characteristics can be maintained after calcination at different temperatures.
