摘要
聚酯多元醇是工业合成聚氨酯的主要原料,通常是由苯酐、己二酸和甲基丙二醇为原料经缩聚反应制备而成的线型聚合物。该缩聚反应是可逆的,由于反应后期体系内的粘度增大,生成的水不易排出体系外,需要在外界添加动力来维持反应向正向进行,如升高反应温度,加大搅拌速率以及施加真空度等措施。本文在外界相同的条件下,分别采用不同的催化剂进行聚酯多元醇的缩聚反应,并对这些常见的催化剂的使用进行了分析,为以后聚酯多元醇的合成反应选择更好的催化剂以及使用量。
Polyester polyol is the main raw material for the synthesis of polyurethane,which is usually made of phthalic anhydride,adipic acid and propylene glycol.The polycondensation reaction is reversible,due to the late reaction within the system viscosity increases,the generated water can not be discharged outside the system,you need to add power in the outside world to maintain to the positive reaction,such as reaction temperature,stirring speed and increase the applied vacuum and other measures.In the outside world under the same conditions,the polycondensation reaction using different catalyst for polyester polyol,and use of these common catalysts were analyzed,for the synthesis of polyester polyol and choose a better catalyst usage.
