硫磺回收装置的流程模拟及操作优化研究

采用VMGSim及HYSYS流程模拟软件对中国石油某石化硫磺回收装置进行了模拟及分析,发现使用VMGSim计算得到的数据与装置设计值和标定值均能很好的吻合。使用VMGSim对该装置的实际操作情况进行了分析,研究了目前装置的生产操作水平。

The simulation and analysis of a Sulfur recovery unit of PetroChina were carried out by using VMGSim and HYSYS.By comparing the design data and the calibrated operating data of the SRU,found that the results of the VMGSim are in good agreement with the design data and the calibrated operating data.On this basis,the actual operation of the unit was analyzed and studied by using VMGSim.Author evaluated the current unit performance,and the results show that the current operation is at near optimal conditions.
