通过对某原油储罐底板宏观检验和漏磁检验发现的缺陷进行形貌观察,结合原油杂质成分,给出其失效机理,提出原油储罐底板腐蚀保护措施。

This article describes the failure mechanism of bottom plate in the oil storage tank through the observation of the defects found in macroscopic inspection and magnetic flux leakage inspection and the impurities in the crude oil.The anticorrosion measures for bottom plate of the storage tank are offered as well.
