摘要
使用十八醇与2,2-二甲氧基丙烷,通过环氧化合物与MgCl_2醇合物反应制备了一种新型载体,并进行了组分分析、粒径分析及红外光谱分析和X射线衍射表征。结果表明:该载体具有与一般MgCl_2载体不同的特征,且粒径分布很窄,粒径分布跨度仅为0.60;以该载体制备的催化剂用于丙烯聚合时,聚合物的熔体流动速率较高,在氢气分压为1.0 MPa时为32.5 g/10 min,说明其氢调敏感性较好。
A novel support was prepared via the chemical reaction between epoxy compound andmagnesium chloride(MgCl2)alcohol adduct by use of stearyl alcohol and2,2-dimethoxypropane,whichwere characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Thecomponents and particle size of the products were analyzed as well.The results show that the supportis different from common MgCl2support,it has narrow size distribution of0.60.The melt flow rate ofpolypropylene produced by the supported catalyst is32.5g/10min when the hydrogen pressure is1.0MPa,which means the catalgst has high sensitivity to hydrogen respo nse.
