摘要
考查了BCM-100H型催化剂在气相法聚丙烯(PP)装置上的应用性能,重点考核对工艺参数的影响及控制的难度。使用BCM-100H型催化剂生产了K8003,K8009,K7227H三个牌号的PP,进行了PP性能分析和生产条件对比。结果表明:BCM-100H型催化剂具有良好的氢调敏感性及立构定向性,催化剂活性较参比催化剂高约15%;使用BCM-100H型催化剂生产的不同牌号PP的熔体流动速率、粒径分布、堆密度、力学性能等与用参比催化剂生产的PP相当,为使用BCM-100H型催化剂批量生产均聚合、无规共聚和抗冲共聚PP做了技术准备。
The application of BCM-100H catalyst in Horizone gas phase polypropylene(PP)plant wasinvestigated.It focuses on the influence of the catalyst on technological parameters and the difficulties in control.Three PP grades,K8003,K8009,and K7227H,which were produced using BCM-100H catalyst respectively,were compared in terms of their properties and operation conditions.The results show that BCM-100H catalysthas excellent sensibility to hydrogen response and high stereospecificity.The activity of the catalyst is15%higher than that of the reference catalyst.Diverse grades of PP produced with BCM-100H catalyst and thosewith the reference catalyst are similar in melt flow rate,particle size distribution,stack density,and mechanicalproperties.This research provides technical support for the industrial production of homo-PP,PP randomcopolymer and impact PP copolymer by use of BCM-100H.
