摘要 以内蒙古自治区电厂为例,介绍了工况监控系统与环境监管业务联动模式,阐述了工况监控系统在环境监管中的联动作用,并详细介绍了工况监控系统在超标原因、异常统计分析及智能核算中的应用。结果表明,工况监控系统在环境监管业务联动模式中可佐证在线监测数据的准确性,为环保监管提供执法线索,提高监管效能。 By taking the power plant of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,the paper introduces theoperation linkage model for supervision and control system of the working condition and environmental supervision,expatiatesthe linkage role of the supervision and control system of the working condition in the environmental supervision,presents indetail the application of reason for exceeding standard,statistic analysis of abnormal situation and intelligent calculation in thesupervision and control system of the working condition.The results show that the supervision and control system of the workingcondition could corroborate the accuracy of online monitoring data in the operation linkage model of environmental supervision,and provides the clues of the law enforcement and improvement of the supervision efficiency for environmental supervision.
