针对内蒙古自治区地震局科研管理模式采用人工、纸质方式的弊端,面对异地管理的不便,设计并实现内蒙古自治区地震局科研管理系统。该系统基于普元中间件应用平台,在深入分析内蒙古自治区地震局科研管理需求和特点的基础上,实现登录模块、门户模块以及课题申请管理等5个业务流程的电子化管理,每个业务流程均包括申请、个人查询统计、管理员查询统计、excel导出等功能。该系统的实现为内蒙古自治区地震局提供了一个集科研管理、查询、信息发布、科技成果展示等为一体的电子化科研管理平台,以技术促管理,有效提高科研信息的便捷性,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率,进一步提升该地震局科研管理的信息化程度及管理水平,具有较好的扩展性和推广性。

With regard to the disadvantages of artificial and paper way in scientific research management and the inconvenience of scattered around management,this paper design and implements an scientific research management system.The system based on the Primetion platform,make a deep analysis of scientific research management’s requirements and characteristics,implements scientific research project application etc.five business process in all.The use of this system provide an electronic platform,improves the information convenience and work efficiency,reduces the labor intensity,improve the degree of information technology and management level,which have a good Scalability and extension.
