大院社区治理:社区演变模式与治理类型学——基于北京市三类大院社区的比较案例研究

Governance of Compound Community:Evolution Model of Community and Governance Typology——Based on a Comparative Case Study of Three Types of Compound Communities in Beijing

大院社区是"单位制"社区的典型代表,并伴随中国社会治理体制改革,表现出独有的转型特征和差异化的治理模式。基于对北京市海淀区大院社区案例的研究,从过程维度、特征维度阐释了大院社区的演变,并运用类型学方法划分出共建型、单位型、自治型、失序型四种大院社区类型,并描述分析了对应的现实案例,最后从构建社区互助文化、促进基层协商自治等方面讨论了治理建议和进一步的研究空间。

As a typical representative of the“unit system”community,and with China’s social management system reform,the compound community shows its unique features of transformation and differentiated governance model.Taking the Haidian District in Beijing with concentrated compound communities as a study area,this article elaborates the procedural and characteristic dimension of the evolution of the compound community,and classifies four kinds of compound communities,i.e.co-constructive community,post-unit community,autonomous community and the community with poor governance,by applying typological method.Through the comparative analysis of the field research cases,what have been discussed are the governance recommendations and the further research space from the aspects of the construction of community culture of mutual assistance and the promotion of grassroots deliberative autonomy.
