Based on the actual case of OLED domain,this paper analyzed the effect of using CPC classification number on the retrieval process.The characteristics of CPC classification in OLED domain were introduced from the point of view of retrieval efficiency.Practical searches showed that the specific classifications about components in the CPC system could make a great contribution to searches,more accurate targeting search and higher efficiency could be approached.
