摘要
随着地铁车辆和汽车整车设计制造水平的不断发展,越来越多的铝制合金型材取代了原有的钢制产品被广泛应用。复杂截面型材的弯曲成形是制造业的一项技术难题,型材在弯曲时存在弯曲回弹、起皱、截面畸变等问题。本文通过对一种典型复杂截面型材的拉弯成型参数进行试验与研究,总结并分析出型材拉弯过程的影响因素,从而在工艺上解决大型复杂截面型材弯曲成形的技术难题。
With the development of the design and manufacture level of metro vehicles and vehicles,more and more aluminum alloy profiles have been replaced by the original steel products.The bending forming of the profile with complex section is a technical problem in the manufacturing industry,and there are some problems such as bending springback,wrinkling,distortion and so on.Based on a typical complex profile bending forming parameters of test and research,this paper summarized and analyzed the factors which affect the process of profile bending,so as to solve the technical problems of large and complex cross section bending forming process.
