车床加工精度控制中的创新对策研究

随着社会的飞速发展,各类新型技术的研发使得我国的生产效率有了很大程度的提升。在生产过程中,对车床的加工技术及生产元件的质量也有了更高的要求。因此,需要对车床加工技术进行不断创新,从而满足车床加工的质量及精度要求。本文阐述车床加工精度控制的意义,分析对车床加工精度造成影响的因素,并深入探讨车床加工精度控制的创新对策。

With the rapid development of society,the research and development of all kinds of new technologies make the production efficiency of our country to a great extent.In the production process,the quality of processing technology and production elements on the lathe also have higher requirements,so the processing technology of lathe needs continuous innovation,so as to meet the quality and precision lathe.This paper expounded the significance of lathe machining precision control,analyzed the factors that can affect the machining accuracy of the lathe,and discussed the innovation countermeasures of the machining precision control.
