溴化锂制冷机组自2009年在洛阳石化社区公用设施投入运行以来运行情况良好,本文从实际运行中对制冷机组的操作调试来探讨如何开好溴化锂制冷机组。如在运行维护过程中应定期清洗冷却水和冷冻水管中的杂质,以免造成管路堵塞或影响机组的换热效率;制冷期结束后,机组停运时要将冷却水、冷冻水管路的水放净,防止冻裂管束;在运行管理过程中要保证厂供热源的供热流量及温度,为操作创造一个良好的运行条件。

The lithium bromide refrigeration units has been running well since the operation of the public facilities in Luoyang petrochemical company in2009,this paper discussed how to operate the lithium bromide refrigeration units by the operation of the chiller.In the process of operation and maintenance,the impurities in the cooling water and the cooling water pipe should be cleaned regularly,so as to avoid the blockage of the pipeline or the heat transfer efficiency of the unit;The cooling period after the unit outage,the cooling water and freezing water should be cleaned,to prevent the cracking tube;In the process of operation and management,it was necessary to ensure the heating flux and temperature of the heating source,to create a good operating condition.
