摘要
性别角色是社会对男性和女性行为分别持有的不同期望和规范。该研究对550名大学生进行问卷调查,探讨大学生性别角色、自尊与学习适应的关系。研究结果表明:性别角色特征对学习适应的影响一部分是通过自尊实现的。得出结论:自尊是性别角色特征、学习适应的中介变量。
To study the relationship of sex role and self-esteem and learning adjust-ment in college students,550undergraduates were investigated.The results indicted as follows:The gender role and their effects on learning adjustment is partly by self-esteem.The result shows:validated that self-esteem was a mediator factor between sex role and learning adjustment.
