基于平均修复时间的商用飞机航线可更换单元规划方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 该文主要就航线可更换单元LRU的定量规划设计方法展开讨论。对于商用飞机而言,航线可更换单元(LRU)规划在很大程度上决定了产品维修性设计的优劣。通过考虑LRU与平均修复时间之间的关系,对产品设计进行权衡和优化,以便在全寿命周期内降低产品维修难度的同时提高维修经济性。并结合工程案例利用该方法对商用飞机航线可更换单元进行了应用。 This paper mainly discusses the quantitative divisionand design method of Line Replaceable Unit(LRU).For commercial aircraft,theLRUdivisions to a large extent determine the merits of product maintenance design.By considering the relationship between the LRU and the Mean Time ToRepair,the product design is optimized,to reduce the difficulty of maintenance and maintenance cost throughout product life cycle.Combined with case using this method to commercial aircraft LineReplaceable Unit has been applied.
