工业4.0平台(Industrie 4.0 Plattform)是推进德国工业4.0战略实施的重要组织。由德国经济与能源部,德国联邦教育部及三大行业协会组织共同发起成立,主要任务是支持工业领域新一代革命性技术的研发与创新,升级本国工业体系,增强德国工业在全球的竞争力,为产学研用乃至政府部门提供具备前瞻性与可操作性的各个行动方案推荐。目前,占绝大多数的德国中小企业出于投资成效的性价比与风险等原因还在怀疑是否要向数字化的生产模式转型。因此,如何最大限度调动其参与积极性,鉴定并展示出工业4.0的应用成效,是工业4.0平台目前工作成功与否的核心评估标准。本文将通过对德国工业4.0平台的主要任务来剖析德国乃至欧洲中小企业在工业4.0道路上所面临的各种关键问题。

“Industrie4.0Plattform”is an important organization to promote the implementation of the“GermanIndustrial4.0Strategy”,which was established by the Ministry of Economy Affairs&Energy,the Federal Ministry ofEducation&Research and the three major trade associations.The main tasks are to support the development and innovationof a new revolutionary technology in the industry field;to upgrade the industrial system;enhance the competitivenessof German industry in the world;to provide forward-looking and operational action plan for research and developmentand government departments.Currently,the majority of the German SMEs are still wondering whether to transformthe digital production model,accounting for the effectiveness of investment performance and risk reasons.Therefore,how to maximize the mobilization of their participation in the initiative and how to identify and demonstrate the effectivenessof the application of industrial4.0,Is the key to the success or failure of the work.In this paper,we will analyzethe key problems of the small and medium sized enterprises in Germany and Europe in the industrial4.0road,throughthe main tasks of the German industrial4.0platform.
