先天性中外耳畸形的治疗涉及改善外观(整形)和听力重建(耳科)两方面,前者目前主要方法是耳廓再造,而后者方法多种多样,需个性化序列治疗才能取得最佳效果。而目前耳科与整形外科多是分离(不同医院/不同科室)、无合作状态,由患者随机选择手术,致整体效果欠佳,甚至造成不可复性损伤。所以,培养医生"序列治疗"理念对此类患者具有重要意义。通过对医生进行技术整合、技术合作、技术熟知、技术了解几个不同层次的培训,及临床应用、查房、会诊、讲座、学术会议、网站媒体宣传等活动,最终让医生具有"序列治疗"理念、获得最佳效果。

Treatment of congenital deformation of the middle and outer ears(CDMOE)includes plastic and hearingreconstruction surgeries.Auricle reconstruction is the main mode of the former,and the latter involves a variety oftechniques.Treatment outcomes depend on individualized sequential treatments.At present,otologists and plastic surgeonsoften work separately with little cooperation due to separation in specialty hospitals and/or departments,The firstoperation is often chosen by the patient on a random basis,which can compromise the ultimate outcomes,with sometimesirreversible loss of opportunities for ideal results.Therefore,it is very important that surgeons are trained with theconcept of sequential treatment.Through physician training at different levels,including surgical techniques integration,cooperation,understanding and awareness,and information dissemination via clinical applications,consultation,lectures,conferences,media and other activities,the goal of consistent concept of sequential treatment may be maintainedfor best possible treatment outcomes for patients.
