摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术在个体化耳廓重建中的应用。方法通过高分辨率CT获取小耳畸形患者的颞骨断层图像,用mimics软件镜像重建患侧耳结构,用3-matic软件设计出3-D耳模,利用熔融沉积成型(FDM)技术和硅胶复模技术铸造出镜像耳硅胶耳廓模型与3-D硅胶耳模,前者用于患侧耳耳廓雕刻的模板,后者用于辅助耳甲腔、耳甲艇、三角窝、耳屏、对耳屏等耳廓亚结构的雕刻及颅耳角角度的维持。对比耳廓重建前后耳廓的大小、形态及耳廓表面解剖结构。结果再造耳颅耳角适中,耳廓解剖亚结构清晰,重建的耳廓形态逼真。结论 3-D打印技术的应用能优化个体化耳廓再造,为耳廓重建提供一种新的方法。
Objective To report application of three-dimensional printing technology in individualized auricle reconstruction.Methods High resolution computed tomography(HRCT)images of the temporal bone in unilateral microtiapatient were scanned.Auricle and its surrounding structure of auricle on the healthy side was mirrored,then the auricleon the affected side was reconstructed by using mimics software.3-D earmould was designed by using3-matic softwareand then silicone mirrored ear auricle model and3-D silicone earmould was manufactured by the technology offused deposition molding(FDM)and silicone impression,the former was used as reconstructed auricular templates,thelatter was used as guide plate respectively on the affected side to increase the precision in fabrication of cymba conchae,the cavum conchae,triangular fossa,the helix,antihelix and other substructure of auricle and maintainance of cranioauricularangle.We made a comparison about the preoperative appearance and the postoperative appearance in size andshape and substructure of auricle.Results The appearance of the postoperative auricle is realistic.Cranioauricular angleis symmetrical,and the anatomical substructure of auricle is clear.Conclusions The application of3-d printing technologycan fine individual auricle reconstruction,and it provides a novel method for auricle reconstruction.
