数控龙门平面磨床的动静态性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 数控磨床是实现精密加工的一种重要设备,其动静态特性对加工质量及加工精度有重要影响。针对某型双立柱龙门式数控平面磨床的结构特征,基于三维建模软件Solid Works及有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立了数控龙门磨床的有限元模型,根据正交试验原则建立了磨床静力学分析的正交试验表,论述了具有代表性的工况下磨床的静力学性能。并对一般工况进行了模态分析,求出了磨床的前六阶固有频率及振型,找到了薄弱环节并提出了改进措施。 CNC grinding machine is an important equipment to achieve precision machining,the dynamic and static characteristics have important influences on the machining quality and machining precision.According to the structural features of a certain type gantry CNC surface grinding machine,based on3D Modeling Software SolidWorks and finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,I built the finite element model of this CNC grinder.And I established the orthogonal test table of grinder statics analysis according to the principle of orthogonal trial,and discussed the grinder’s performance under representative conditions and normal condition with modal analysis;furthermore,the first six order natural frequency and vibration mode were calculated,which showed the weak link and put forward some suggestions for the improvement.
